Hello. My Mother Is 57 Years Old. For The Past

Hello. My mother is 57 years old. For the past few months she has been having severe itch all over her body and huge bruising especially on thighs and arms. She did general blood work, everything looked in range except cholesterol. She did take some meds from itch and acid reflux as suggested by allergy Dr. Nothing works. What steps should she make next to make sure nothing is hidden and she is ok. Thank you
