Hello..

My mother is a peritoneal dialysis patient with a BP 120/80 for many years. She was recently diagnosed with CAD that required an heart surgery which she refused to do.

For three weeks now her BP has been very low varying from 90/60 to 70/45. Heart beats average 75. We stopped her BP medication. However for past 2 days her pulse is at 100 beats.. Should i resume bisoprolol 5mg? Worried it will worsen her BP.

She takes aspirin in morning and atorvastatin 40mg at night for weeks now. Could Atorvastatin cause heart palpitations at night?
