Hello My Mother Recently Diagnosed With Spondylitis Changes With Disc

Hello My mother recently diagnosed with spondylitis changes with disc degenerations and right paracentral disc bulging at L5-S1 level causing exiting right OR nerve root compression. She is 50 years old. And works as a teacher. What should be a further course of action. She gets unbearable pain every now and then.
