Hello, My Name Is Alan I Have Several Things Going

Hello, My name is Alan I have several things going on ....Feel bloated and I hurt when I eat a little and have pressure just below ribs on the right side . Excess gas all the time . But I have swelling in fingers and ankles. My ring size has jumped from 10 to 14. When I walk short distance I feel dizzy and pressure in my back ,shoulders ,and feel faint.
