My name is Barry Zimmerman and I live in Seattle,Washington
I was diagnosed with this lousy condition called non relaxant pubic rectalis,tried physical therapy and using dildoes and nothing worked,last resort was botox,from a colorectal doctor.This is debilitating to say the least
Do you have any suggestions as to what I can try?
I have a high fiber diet so that doesn't work,sometimes I go pretty well and sometimes,not
I was told that I have a muscle that is pressing against the recum
