Hello, My Name Is Bob I'm Having The Following Systems

Hello, My name is Bob
I'm having the following systems that stem from what felt like a small crack in my upper middle back between my shoulder blades.
1. Sharp pain in the center of my back where I felt the slight crunch, and the pain goes straight through my chest like a knife, making it painful to breath.
2. Numbness and tingling with weakness in my ring and pinky fingers that continue up the back sides of my arms and above the elbow in the triceps areas of both arms its a painful burning sensation.
3. The pain wrapped around from my upper back to my chest, up through my armpit and bicep, along with moving up the front right side of my neck and radiating through some of my shoulder.
4. The pain under the right side of my armpit and up the armpit is also burning now.
Please any and all advise is greatly appreciated,
