Hello. My Name Is Connie Wilde And I Am Preparing

Hello. My name is Connie Wilde and I am preparing a lecture for nursing students regarding medications. One medication that has been in the syllabus for a while is carbenicillin. When I looked this medication up on drugs.com (it was not listed in the drug handbook I had), it said this antibiotic had been discontinued. Do you know when this occurred and what the reason was for discontinuing this medication. I will take this information back to the other instructors in the class and have carbenicillin removed from the syllabus for the next class.
