Hello. My Name Is Samantha And I Was Diagnosed With

Hello. My name is Samantha and I was diagnosed with ADD when I was 7. My teacher suggested to my parents I get tested because I had difficulty focusing and turning in homework on time along with having difficulty listening. I was on 20 mg of Ritalin in my adolescence up until 20 years old. I haven't taken it the past 10 years because wanted to go without it and see if I could try safer alternatives. I've tired diet and exercise, meditating...nothing seems to work long enough. So I've made the decision to go back on medication but try something different this time. Do you have any suggestions? And if so, how could I go about getting a prescription again. Thank you for your time.

Sincerely, Samantha
