Hello My name is sam. I try to eat healthy. So I eat alot of cereal with skim milk mixed with protein powder, egg whites, and sometimes yogurt. I eat Cornflakes, special k protein on a daily basis. I eat this for break fast and dinner. During lunch i eat beef jerky and milk with a banana. I wanted to know if this is bad for me. And if Im eating to manny carbs and sugar. Is this going to affect my blood sugar in a bad way?. I am very active and lift weights so I m trying a high carb and protein diet. Will this help me gain muscle mass? Will this effect my metabolism.
