My nephew whi is diabetic and positive for Hep C left one of his mini blood sugar testing lancets on the bathroom sink. I didn't realize what it was, and picked it up to toss it as I was cleaning house this morning. Sure enough, I was pricked and some blood came out. I immediately realized and sqeezed the blood out and ran to the bathroom, washed with soap and water, also used alcohol on the pin prick. What are the chances that I could contract Hep C?
