My partner and I both did complete urine examinations and the specific gravity for me is 1.025 while his own is 1.010. Also the pus cells for me is 6-8/hpf while his own is 4-6/hpf. The epithelial cells for me is 6-8/hpf while his own is 1-2/hpf. My question now is who passed the infection to the other....... Is it my partner or me?
