Hello, My Right Foot Has Been Hurting For About A

Hello, My right foot has been hurting for about a week didn't give it much thought but in the 3 - 5 days its been getting worse n today the swelling is to the point that i can no longer move my toes. I did not hurt my foot in any manner. Don't understand why this is happening. What do you suggest?
