Hello. My Son Appears To Have Contracted TB. Currently He

Hello. My son appears to have contracted TB. Currently he is in isolation in a Paris hospital. He is a NZ resident travelling on a visitors visa. The CT scan shows a ruptured lesion on the left lung. The skin test came back negative. Sputum results not back yet. Endoscopy shortly. 27 years old next month. First appearance of blood in phlegm +-20 days ago. Hospitalised (+-4 days ago) after second show of blood (+-7 days ago). He has not started treatment yet. its +-1600euro/day hospital stay fees plus i guess all testing then treatment which is not a problem for us but we'd prefer him home although I will travel there to be closer. Air NZ regs are no travel permitted to any passenger with a communicable disease. WHO requires notification. Is there any way we can get him home? Under what conditions could we get him home?
