Hello My Son Had A Seizure And The Doctor Discovered

My son had a seizure and the doctor discovered a brain tumor. This was his only seizure and he is 26 years old. The doctor said an immediate removal of the tumor was necessary and 24 hours after the seizure he was in surgery to remove the benign tumor that was located behind his ear. The surgery went well, but they have had to go back in to remove a blood clot and again to cut away a flap because of swelling. He has been on a ventilator and been given sedatives. Finally a trach has been inserted and the ventilator removed. He's breathing on his own and responding to pain tests. My question is how long will it take for him to awake? Will he remember people events etc. since the surgeries did not affect the frontal lobe? He has been off the sedatives for 4 days and from seizure to trach insertion has been 15 days.
