Hello. My Son In Law Has Kidney Desease And Has

Hello. My son in law has kidney desease and has had one kidney removed at the age of 16 years old. He is now 30 and his remaining kidney is at 16%.
He recently had an impact to the scare site where his kidney is removed and within two days he cannot barely move and is in major pain. We went to the Dr at emergency room in hospital and they gave him two shots of morphine and sent him home .
He has redness under the skin almost covering the entire side of his body from his underarm to his waist and it is badly swollen the entire site as well.
Please help as he. cannot barely move or anything at all and I feel they should've done more for care such as an ultra sound possibly ?
