Hello, My Son Is 10 Years Old He Has Brittle

Hello, My son is 10 years old he has brittle bones and recently broke his knee. I would like to know the correct dose of ibuprofen and paracetamol he can take as he fell over and is back in a cast after irritating this break. He weighs 9 stone so im not sure what the dose could be. Thank you.
