Hello , My Son Was In The Military And He

Hello , My son was in the military and he got shot in his right leg, now he cannot feel his feet and has serious trouble walking. He also suffers from PTSD severe. I am afraid of what might happen with him, is there anything I can suggest to him other than go to the VA? I have no faith what so ever in the VA system in our country. My best friend has had nothing but horrible care and treatment at our local VA.
