My soon to be 15 year old daughter just noticed tiny brown dots on her fingertips. They are only on her left hand. It looks like they are stained but they wouldn't come off when she washed her hands. She says they don't hurt, itch or feel like anything. She doesn't suffer from any health issues and hasn't had any hand injuries. Should I be concerned? I appreciate any feedback.
