Hello, My Sweat, Urine And Saliva Smells Like Meat Whenever

Hello, My sweat, urine and saliva smells like meat whenever I eat any source of protein the previous day. I have been unable to eat meat for the past 10 months because it doubles me over in pain just below my belly button about 2 hours after eating it. I have had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with H pylori found in my stomach. I completed one set of antibiotics and I am scheduled for a breath test in a few days for H pylori.
What do you think is wrong with me?
