Hello, Not Sure If I Strained A Chest Muscle Lifting

Not sure if I strained a chest muscle lifting something. Just curious, when I cough not when I take a deep breath I get a what I would call a pinch feeling on my left upper chest. No other symptoms other than that quick pinch and stops right after cough. No health issues at all.
