Hello! On The Bottom Of My Patella Area, I Have

Hello! On the bottom of my patella area, I have a very very small area that is sore. It hurts worse when I lightly rub my finger over the area. It hurts with any type of movement with the leg, also when I am sitting and the leg is bent. It appears slightly blue. Any idea what is going on with my leg?
