Hello, Over The Last Month And A Half I Have

Hello, Over the last month and a half I have had Left elbow and forearm pain. The indent on the top part of my elbow inside feeling like its on fire ( only about a big as quarter) then the muscle from that spot down/up toward my wrist radiates pain. If I extend my arm and make a fist the pain worsens. I fell and hyper extended bother my arms about 3 years ago. I am left handed and I work at a computer all day but do have wrist rest. I've tried ice, heat, muscle rub, ace bandage, elbow support, Advil and Tylenol nothing seems to help.
