Hello. Past Couple Weeks Ive Had A Tightness Feeling In

Hello. Past couple weeks ive had a tightness feeling in my right testicle. Ive had this happen to me for over a year now. It had passed but now i have it again. Very uncomfortable. Both my testicles are always all the way up. They never hang low. Im 4t yrs old and never had any health issues.
