Hello. Please Help. I Had An Icsi-ivf In 2012 But

Hello. Please help. I had an icsi-ivf in 2012 but had to evacuate after 12 weeks of no fetal heartbeat.Few months after that experience I started noticing dark brown metallic smelling discharge right after my period every other month (period very regular 27/28 days) and not on birth control. I have seen gynecologists but iv been told it 'could be' remnants of the immediate past period which I doubt. It's often heavier around ovulation but never as heavy as actual period flow. It worries me that it might hinder my chances of getting pregnant normally. Please advise. Thanks
