Hello. Please Help. Recently Moved To Kansas From Kentucky, Father

Hello. Please help. Recently moved to Kansas from Kentucky, father came with us he was in a pain clinic in lexington, ky. Since moving here every doctor he goes to wont treat him. Due to his multiple surgeries ( major one going wrong) theres nothing that supposedly can be done except pain medication. But doctors here wont write him medication without doing injections. Which he would be ok with but workmans comp will not approve the shots. Hes living a never ending nightmare. He is going without medication he has been on for 19 years. Some of which being medicine for mental issues. Paxil i know is one that is taking him from irritated to depressed in minutes.. Have no idea where else to turn. Have lost all hope... what can we do?
