Hello! Please Help If You Can. I Have Been On

Hello! Please help if you can. I have been on 3 different opiates for awhile now. Many years! Fentanyl 100 methodones 10 and Norco 10's. I moved 3 hrs away from my Dr. Did not think be so hard to get a new Dr. I am out of all my pain meds and withdrawing. I'm Sooo miserable!! Up all nite walking the floors due to Restless legs & arms. What can I do for this? I cannot sleep at all very miserable til I can get a new Dr.I also do not have much money,I'm on disability. If u could give me a cheap home remedy that would be GREAT!! I'm seriously very miserable!!!
