Hello Respected Doctors,

I am 28 years old & unmarried. My concern is about the tight skin of penis which can not be retracted and not moving anyway neither with erection nor without erection i.e the tip of the foreskin is thick, passing the urine is alright, erection is alright only but I feel pain and stretch when I try to pull the foreskin back .. Glance has never exposed till date. What is the solution for that? Will it affect the sex life in future? What are the causes for the same? Give your valuable and expert opinion for the same.
