Hello Saturday Evening I Noticed My Left Lower Eyelid Had

Hello Saturday evening i noticed my left lower eyelid had a small black spot. Sunday morning the black spot was larger. Sunday evening the black turned red. Today the red has expanded to about 1/4 of my eyelid. What is the cause and recommended action?
