Hello, Sense A Small Child I Have Dealt With Motion

Hello, Sense a small child I have dealt with motion sickness from cars, planes, etc. I am currently 55. In Jan of 2014 I had a severe head cold. Sense that time I routinely deal with mild to severe motion sickness like symptoms on a weekly basis. I constantly walk around with a pisst sound in my ears/head. I have been to two Ear, Nose & Throat specialist, two Audiologists, one Neurologist, blood work, and an MRI. They find nothing. Mean while I have a few good days and I have bad days not being able to lift my head from a laying down position from the dizziness and throwing up. I don't know who to turn to next.
