Hello. Serious Question. Having Horrible Muscle Spams To The Head

Hello. Serious question. Having horrible muscle spams to the head that cause severe pain. Went to a neuro specialist and he says I have mild abnormalities of the blood vessels to the brain. Also found a spot on the brain from the MRI. Unfortunately cannot see this man who is going to do an angiogram late March. My neck and head hurt all the time and was wondering if this is something that can be remedied.
