Hello. Since I Suffer From Hyper-mobile Joints, My Shoulder Frequently

Hello. Since I suffer from hyper-mobile joints, my shoulder frequently "pops out" of place. Usually, it returns to it's normal position on it's own. However, this evening I had to use excessive force to get it back into place.
