Hello Sir, I Am 41 Years Old And I Drink

Hello Sir, I am 41 years old and I drink regularly and I recently fasted for 45 days without consuming Alcohol and non-vegetarian food. During these 45 days I drank beet root and carrot juice to detoxify my system. I am an alcoholic and now am back to drinking regularly. Sometimes I take Restyl 0.5 mg after dinner to help me sleep after I have consumed alcohol. Is it advisable to take Restyl after consuming Alcohol.
