Hello Sir, I Am A Sports Person (age 51 Years)

Hello Sir,
I am a sports person (age 51 years) but I sweat more than a ordinarily person. I also feel that sometimes during illness or during physically inactive days only my left/right body sweats. What may be the cause, please specify.
