Hello Sir, I Am Diabetic T2 On Insulin.Besides Taking Oral

Hello Sir, I am diabetic T2 on insulin.Besides taking oral Glycephase VG2 I am taking Transnurv-D.
Now Doctor has advised me Autrin capsules for Iron defficiency.Sir can I take Autrin Capsules and Transnurv-D as well because the later contains Vitamin D3 also.Is there any harm in taking boththe medicines at different times.
