Hello Sir I Have A Found On Citi Scan That

Hello Sir
I have a found on citi scan that
"Complete loss of right mastoid air cells.Left mastoid air cells left normal"
and
Sclerosis noted in right mastoid temporal bone.
Feeling better after complete the medicine course. Now I can feel that there is a small kind of feelings in my left ear. Could you please tell me whether the above mentioned Citi Scann report is normal and how dangerous are these problems.
