Hello' Sir, I Have Been Suffering From Stomach Upset Almost

Hello' Sir, I have been suffering from stomach upset almost like two months,after every meal I have to run to the bathroom or my stomach upset , I have marked some mucas and foam after discharging poop are very liqid like water,Still I feel full stomac and gas smell very bad.
