Hello Sir,
I have suffered with Anxiety problem from last one month having feeling fast heart beat, nervousness, tired all time and sleeping disorder. Moreover I have no any type of stress/tension. I am pure vegetarian and never use alcohol. I did hard exercise at gym. Presently I am taking Aplrazolam for temporary relief from my problem. Please suggest me what I can do more for permanent relief and can is use GABA supplement to cure anxiety and sleeping disorder.
