Hello Sir,

Last night I ate vegetable soup from street vendor. After eating this I got red patches on my arms n hands with slight pain. After 5-10 minutes i got swelling on my both hands. Also i took cetirizin but not recovered upto today morning. Now I took allegra 180 mg. Please suggest.
