Hello Sir/Ma'm, I Had My Last Periods On Sep 11,

Hello Sir/Ma'm, I had my last periods on Sep 11, 2016. I usually have a 25 days period cycle. Due to my delayed periods in Oct month, I used the pregnancy kit on Oct 11, 2016 and tested positive. I visited my Gynecologist later who said me to appear for my first scan on Nov 3, 2016. I underwent Ultrasound transabdominal and transvaginal scan. The report said a sac (0.7cm) of about 5weeks6days was seen. But no fetal pole and also no heartbeat detected. I was suggested to come for a scan a week later. Now i am scared and is there a chance that my fetus is not growing?
