Hello Sir, My Wife Is Pregnant This Is The First

Hello Sir,

My wife is pregnant this is the first month, she is facing the Constipation problem and digestion.
one of my sister in law facing the same problem during her pregnancy that time her doctor is prescript Syrup and Tablets, my wife is also using the same but is not effective.

I request to you please tell me some solution.
