Hello Sir, My Wife (mother Of 2) Aged 35 Weighing

Hello Sir,
My wife (mother of 2) aged 35 weighing 50kgs have SVT , it occurs once in 6 months on an average. We had consulted doctors who had advised us to undergo Ablation process. Told continous medication will have some side effects ( Now taking Concord 2.5 mg for the past 5 months - twice a day) and go for ablation as it will give a life time solution.
The other doctor had kept us under medication and asked us to take for 3 years.
Bofore 6 months we got admission and had adenosine .
Can you guide us how to proceed ?
Is it better to go for ablation or to continue medication , also suggest on the diet to improve weight as she had stopped taking Non Vegetarian recently.. Thanks
