Hello Sir, I Am 70 Years Old And Recently Having

Hello Sir, i am 70 years old and recently having dizziness and my body seems to collapse while discharging stools. Further i would like to add that I am having constipation recently as a result need to sit for long in the toilet. Please suggest me what to do. Is this due to blood pressure fluctuation? Please guide me.
