Hello Sir, I Am Taking Dothip Tablet From Last Two

Hello Sir,

i am taking dothip tablet from last two years and tryptomer tablet from last 9 months and betalol sr 40 from last 6 moths for my anxiety problem .I had consulted with cardiologist who told me that all your tests are normal .Now i wanna stop my medicine but doctor told me that drug has now dependent .Can you please suggest me how to stop thers medicine .The doctor had decreased my dose to stop there medicine but i felt some problem like panic and high bood pressure.
