Hello Sir, My Self Darpan Agarwal From A Town Called

Hello Sir,
my self darpan agarwal from a town called bhiwadi, i am suffering from sleeping problems , i m not being able to sleep during nights, it takes more than two hours for me to get sleep and just at midnight i dont know but i wake up and again i m not being able to sleep
I cant even discuss this with doctor as my parents would know about it, and they would get tension, i went to medical shop and asked him to give me some sleeping pill, but he refused to give any.
If you can possibly help me, please do me a favour, i need the name of sleeping pill which i could get easily from the medical shops and that can also solve my sleeping problem
