Hello, So I Have A Facial Hair Problem Its All

Hello, So I have a facial hair problem its all over body and i have thick hair which my hair is really dark. I have extremely low self esteem with my self I want it all removed. If i shave, wax, pluke, thread it'll grow back thicker. I don't know what to do is there any cream or something to remove it permanently without getting laser? or at less lessen it
