Hello. So I Have Had A Rather Small Looking Irritation

Hello. So I have had a rather small looking irritation under the tongue. It is white and looks like possible dead skin or such, as I can remove it. It is not liquid, but a soft solid. Seems like dead skin that may appear when I accidentally bite my lip or cheek. It makes the frenulum (the one on the tongue I think it is called) look wrinkly. It does feel a slight bit bigger, but that may just be irritation or the skin. It hurts when I extend my tongue far, and this morning was secreting a small bit of blood, possibly since it was at ease in my sleep and hurt when I awoke. This is the third day I have noticed it. It has never occurred to my knowledge before. Please get back to me.
