Hello! So, Yesterday At The End Of The Work Day

Hello!
So, Yesterday at the end of the work day I had almost no voice, Two days before that my throat was on fire making it difficult to swallow. With all that goodness comes a dry cough that hurts the chest. Swollen lymph nodes
My little body is exhausted.

Are the symptoms that I'm describing bacterial or viral? and should I go to the doctor on Monday to get medicine?
