Hello. So A Few Months Ago I Noticed A Small

Hello. So a few months ago i noticed a small bump about the size of a pea on the inside of my thigh on my bikini line were i shave daily. I thought it may be a ingrown hair due to that i have thick hair and get them frequently but when i went to pop it, it did nothing. I noticed that the bump also doesn't hurt unless squeezed very very hard and or poked with a needle or squeezed hard with tweezers. I typically forget about it until i go to shave because it doesn't really feel any different until i try to squeeze it. Also I think that it may be a little deeper than a ingrown hair because there is pimple puss looking spots. Basically it looks like regular skin un-irritated with a small pea sized bump. I sorta of concerned because i can not seem to find anything about it on the internet and I'm only 17 an would rather not go to the doctor. Also i have not had sex and no one has been down there so it can not be a std. Please help!!
