Hello. So For The Last 3 Days I Feel Like

Hello. So for the last 3 days i feel like theres lots of tiny hairs in my mouth. But there is nothing there. Its to the point where I can't sleep im so annoyed and uncomfortable. I rinse my mouth. Brush my teeth and toung but the sensation never leaves. Please help :(
