Hello, So I Spotted About 2-3 Days Before My Cycle.

So i spotted about 2-3 days before my cycle. It started off as a discharge with pinkish color, then went back & for between dark red to brown and stopped. I took a test but it was negative. Now it is currently time for my cycle and it was a day or two short and is also not a normal cycle. Sometimes it only occurs when I wipe or it not enough to fill a panty liner. I am having some light cramping, light headaches and a little nausea. Could I possibly be pregnant?
